Beta-naphthol is a most powerful, yet absolutely safe ger micide and antiseptic, which pre veats development of germ matter, and creates a clean, healthy condi tion. Pilocarpine, although not a col oring matter or dye, is an ingredi ent well established for its power to restore natural color to human hair. Borax, because of its well-de fined softening and cleansiug prop erties, is most useful in the treat ment of scalp and hair diseases. Glycerine acts as a stimulant to the hair bulbs, and has a soothing, healing and nourishing influence. Alcohol is indispensable in medi cine because of its antiseptic, stim ulating and preservative qualities. RexaH "SW" Hair Tonic is chief ly composed of these ingredients, which are compounded in a pecu liar form, and we believe it is the mast effective remedy known to medical science for scalp and hair troubles generally. The Farmers Union. I Nut Shell. The Farmers Union is the le&d- ng farmers orgnaization in this country today. It is still growing. t has done a great work, and yet there is a greater work for it to do. But it will have to watch as well as pray, and it can't pray for hav ing to watch.- The Grange came when needed. t did a great work. It went into business, selling and buying as a specialty. Business tricksters got into it, before and around it, and practically killed it, especially here in the South. The Alliance came in its place. It was going to look after business so as to avoid the mistakes the Grange made. The business tricksters seeing this, and being on to their jobs, hissed the farmers on te the politi cians, and specially lawmakers. Their reasons were plausible. The Farmers Alliance pitched its tent towards Sodom, and went for the politicians and thus got into politics. Then the politicians took hold of it like the business men did the Grange, and practically killed it. So the Farmers Union comes to take the place of the Alliance. It will have to watch out for the bus ness and political tricksters, who are strictly on to their jobs of un dermining and fooling folks. Till Christ comes, there will be three classes farmers, politicians and business men one class will be feeding the other two classes. The Union's mission is to eat at its own table first, and then the other classes at the second table and eat what the farmers eat, no more, nor no less. Humorous. Fooling the Company. One day while traveling on the train I noticed an Irishman across the way chuckling audibly. 'Wat's the matter?'' said I. " Begorn .
